We are excited to announce Autonomous Knight as the latest startup to join BIRD Incubator. They are a Belgium-based startup developing patented multispectral image-based sensor systems that outperform leading LIDAR technology in real-time autonomous operations. They aim to replace LIDAR in autonomous operations, become the leading situational awareness system supplier, valorize image data to accelerate sensor deployment, and establish a world-class leading knowledge and expertise center for electro-optical and cyber-physical systems.

As you can imagine, Autonomous Knight is quite ambitious when it comes to fulfilling its vision. Geoffrey Ejzenberg of Autonomous Knight already had meetings with DOK-ING, and visited the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture. We are happy to say that those meetings went well and are looking forwards to share more news from the team.
