First BIRD free-style workshop was held on Friday 12th March, live in BIRD Incubator. Guest mentor, Vedran Blagus from South Central Ventures, explained to startups, misconceptions they have when signing contract with Investor.  This subject is important because startups who are raising an investment usually do not fully understand the legal terms and seek for help online. Having these kind of a workshops helps startups to prepare better and know which are the things they can negotiate with and to go through investment process much smoothly.
