11 startup teams pitched their ideas at the conclusion of the 7-week pre-incubation program at Bird Incubator
Zagreb, June 17, 2025 – The final Demo Day of Bird Incubator’s 7-week pre-incubation program took place at our space in Zagreb, where eleven early-stage startup teams presented their innovative ideas in front of a jury and live audience. The program was designed for startups in their earliest stages and included hands-on workshops in ideation, branding, pitching, legal topics, and several networking events.
The teams that pitched on Demo Day were:
Bereka – A digital assistant for private apartment renters without agencies.
GreenSpace – A tool for architects to simulate sustainability and project costs.
LUMAN – An AI tool for automated candidate pre-selection and feedback.
Nazeer – A platform using digital twins to simulate construction projects.
Project01 – An interactive platform for tracking startup development and investments.
Scancraft – A web platform for sharing photorealistic 3D scenes.
SkyResQ – An FPV drone system for rapid delivery of medical equipment to emergency services.
STYKS – ZORA, a smart AI gardening assistant for easier plant care.
Supa Kuna – A platform for tracking prices and savings across retail chains.
Trenner – An app connecting users with personal trainers.
Vincentia – An AI platform connecting families with reliable caregivers.
The expert jury—Ante Bilić (SQ Capital), Ivona Javorović (Feelsgood), and Denis Ivošević (Custodia Group)—agreed that Project01 deserved the top prize. The team impressed with their solution for structured startup development and transparent progress tracking for investors and incubators.
The winning team—Antonia Kurtović, Nora Miškulin, and Vitomir Pavičić—was awarded direct entry into our incubation program launching in October, valued at €30,000.
Second place went to Nazeer, founded by Iman Merdžanović, whose team won a booth at the upcoming Zagreb Slush’d, offering them the opportunity to present their project to the broader startup community and potential investors.
“The Pre-Incubation Program helped us validate our idea, especially since Project01 is closely tied to startups and incubators. Throughout the program, we gained valuable insight into daily incubator operations, had the chance to speak with other founders, understand their processes, and learn from different perspectives. We also connected with many mentors who are still actively supporting us as we shape the future of our startup,” said Nora Miškulin, CTO of Project01.
Applications for the next pre-incubation program open in July 2025.
